My art is a celebration of life.

My work process explores and challenge the relationship to inner and outer natures. I call it my parallel- language. I am, among other things, inspired by natural scientific discoveries and ethnographic studies and many of my works examine the borderland between fantasy and science, dream and reality, spirituality and nature. My investigations have taken me to a research ship in the North Sea, a wind turbine platform in China and on fieldwork high in the Himalayas. I seek a direct nakedness in my approach to the world; an openness to unfamiliar perspectives and unforeseen connections, often across natural scales. My work is process-oriented and strives to embrace the chaotic. Notes, sounds, and images reflect moments in a continuous process that challenges the dividing line between working sketches and finished works. I move across genres and media with my own sensuality as a junction. The aesthetic expression is, as far as possible, imperfect.
