The Helping Spirits are homeless guides and muses.

They arise on their own and invite you to walk alongside them.

Some are inspired by stories that move across time and culture. From ancient myths to the movements of nature and the raw immediacy of imagination. Appearing again and again through history in new forms.

They are born from my inner journeys of imagination, and they wish to inspire and support yours.

There is a reason the particular helping Spirit you encounter finds you. They point to the simplicity of life and to what we already carry within ourselves.
