Goods without right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Digital products (e.g. downloaded files, video or audio), originals, if delivery has commenced with your prior acceptance and you have accepted that the right of withdrawal thereby ceases.

• Custom-made goods, e.g. commissioned works made especially for you, such as art prints.

Delivery & shipping

I ensure that all Helping Spirits are sent safely and securely.

Original works

• Shipped as a package with track & trace, so you can always follow your order.

• Delivery time in Denmark: 3–5 business days.

• The work will be packaged in protective material so that it arrives safely.

• If you want to pick up in Copenhagen yourself, you can select "Pickup" at checkout.

Shipping costs

• Denmark: 39 kr (delivery 3–5 business days).

• International: 60 kr (up to 0.5 kg, delivery 1–2 weeks).

• Large works (A2 and original paintings): delivery is agreed individually after purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
